The walk on Sunday wasn't the one on the program as work was being done to the canal so Terry took us from Abercynon leisure centre on to the Taff trail following disused canals and railways up to the Gap or some called it the Bite (where we had lunch). It was a lovely day and the views were great. After Keith did notice board we made our way back down for the car park. The walk was 8 miles moderate.
